Multiple-Joint Hinges

Concealed and highly mobile—these exact requirements apply to JW Winco’s new stainless steel Multiple-Joint Hinges. They are installed on the inside of flaps, hatches, hoods, trunks and doors to save space and to ensure protection against vandalism.

The hinges have a maximum opening angle of 180° which provides optimal accessibility for escape hatches, for example.

They are generally used in pairs, meaning that one type L (left-hand) and one type R (right-hand) are typically used together per opening.

Silicone Vibration/Shock Absorption Mounts

Available with either an AISI 304 stainless steel tapped insert or a threaded stud, Silicone Vibration/Shock Absorption Mounts are frequently used as end-stop bumpers or leveling mounts for machines and systems. The silicone rubber material absorbs vibrations, has a damping effect, is age-resistant and has an increased working temperature range. They are available in several thread sizes, inch or metric, and combinations that open up the range of applications these FDA compliant mounts can be used in.

Ball Lock Pins

Ball lock pins have a wide range of applications in fastening and locating of workpieces and equipment. Alignment operations especially with frequent adjustments are another field of applications.

The pins will not release until the button on the knob is depressed. Once the button is depressed, the balls retract into the shank allowing the pin to be inserted or removed into or out of a hole. The new Heavy Duty Ball Lock Pins have an AISI 630 stainless steel shank and are designed for extreme load capacity, corrosion-free applications.
