BILL LOWEN

In his 13 years on the Bassmaster Elite Series, Bill has three career Elite Series runner-up finishes, seven top-five B.A.S.S. finishes, 18 top-10 finishes, and is a ten-time Basssmaster Classic qualifier.

NICK RATLIFF

Nick competed on all three major college fishing circuits for four years, fishing for Campbellsville University. He enjoyed success throughout the country culminating in winning the 2018 Carhartt Bassmaster college series bracket, the most prestigious event in college fishing. This earned him a berth to the 2019 Bassmaster classic, all eight Bassmaster Opens in 2019 and use of a fully rigged truck and boat for the year.

BRADLEY ROY

Based in Kentucky, Bradley was the youngest angler to fish a Bassmaster Elite Series event—he was

19 years old when he qualified to fish the Elites in 2010. He has collected ten Top 10s and 22 Top 20s in his professional career.

JIM VITARO

Jim, a two-time Costa National Championship Qualifier will demonstrate different baits and techniques for successful shallow water structure fishing and how to catch shallow water Smallmouth Bass.

BILL LOWEN

Kim is a lake and river boater, and has traveled, via runabout, the entire length of both the Ohio and Tennessee rivers. He has been a member of America’s Boating Club® since 2003, and is also a Past Commander, a certified instructor, and currently serves as the Public Boating Education Chairman. He retired after 40 years with BellSouth & ATT as a Senior Technical Analyst. He enjoys sharing his love of boating with his six grandchildren and 27 great nieces and nephews.

JESSE D. TURLEY III

Jesse has sailed in Chesapeake Bay, the BVIs, and the Abaco Islands, in addition to the Ohio River. He has held many leadership positions in his 26 years as a member of America’s Boating Club®. He is a Past Commander and as a certified instructor has taught Seamanship, Piloting, and Advanced Piloting. He served 23 years in the United States Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Quartermaster Corps. He also worked 23 years as a Financial Advisor. Currently, Jesse serves as Executive Officer of America’s Boating Club Louisville, promoting safe boating in the Louisville Area.
